I started personal training in the early 90s, and that quickly led to me wanting to work specifically with those who had athletic aspirations in the endurance world. I started my own coaching company and have worked with kids through masters athletes, and from one-on-one to teams such as LSU cycling and S3 Racing. Along the way I have participated in triathlons, marathons, trail running races, mountain bikes races, and almost all endurance events. Currently I am working on bucket-list adventures with my husband.
My coaching philosophy is based on blending the art and science of coaching. Data alone does not tell the whole story. I strive to find that balance between putting the work in to get results with enjoying the process and having some fun along the way. Training stress and life stress both need to be accounted for. We will pivot if things are not working for you. I want to work with you as a team to get the desired result.
