“Life is either a daring adventure, or nothing.” - Helen Keller
For me, coaching is about creating a partnership with an athlete based on teamwork, experience, integrity, trust, and accountability. It is my goal to bring my professional and personal experience to empower athletes in their own journey to explore what is possible….and have fun doing it!
I am the founder of B4T9 Women’s Cycling Team, which raises funds for grants to organizations that support women and girls in cycling. In my spare time, I love to travel and spend time with my wife, Liz, and our ten-pound Jackahuahua.
