To be part of an athlete's journey in achieving lifetime goals, personal bests, and new levels of confidence is really fulfilling for me. Being an athlete myself, I am able to translate and apply scientific evidence into actual practices that work. My approach integrates sport science and evidence-based training and nutrition strategies into a coach-athlete relationship that's built on trust and sharing of common goals, cutting through the noise to help you focus on the things that make the biggest difference in your training and performance.

Athlete Testimonials
Meeting Namrita and moving over to Basecamp was one of the best decisions I have made for my cycling. I've seen a lot of progression in my skills and strengths, and have found the supportive coaching relationship that I needed. - Julie B.
I’ve had several coaches and Namrita was by far the best. I felt she really understood my physiology and brought me to a place I wouldn’t be able to achieve without her guidance. Any athlete is so lucky to work with her! - Morgan C.
Namrita is the first coach I have ever worked with and I must say I hit the jackpot. Not only is she an exceptional coach but a mighty fine human being to boot. 2023 has been a breakthrough year. Namrita quickly got a handle on my goals and areas that needed work and took a "big picture" view of my training which in turned helped me get a better handle on why I am doing this! - Andrew Wilson
Namrita is the best. :) Always appreciate her willingness to answer my many questions! - Tina H.
