For me, training is about getting out of my comfort zone and trying new challenges. I am not a natural talent, but I've made up for it with a lot of dedication and enthusiasm. The process of growing and improving in general is at the heart of what makes me tick. I love sharing knowledge, gaining knowledge, and paying attention to how I handle obstacles. My racing experience has evolved from just trying to finish an event to winning on multiple different platforms over the years, and I am currently chasing epic adventures. I have an abundance of motivation that has led to a fully rewarding career in coaching. My motto is simple: GET FIRED UP!!!

When not in workout clothes, I can be found helping our aging parents, organizing local trail enhancement projects, cooking, going dancing with my husband Scott on Saturday nights (no one puts Baby in the corner!), and hanging out by the lake. Scott and I are currently working on conquering several bucket-list adventures, including visiting all 63 national parks!

I get so much joy out of helping others find their confidence and helping them evolve into the best versions of themselves in their fitness journeys. Each athlete has individual needs and challenges that we work through together as a team. I want my athletes to feel like they truly have someone in their corner who wants them to succeed. My coaching experience ranges from newbies to national champions, Boston qualifiers to Kona athletes. In addition to all the data, I rely heavily on my athletes' notes to ensure we are having fun and making progress. I care about my athletes' results, but I care more about them finding that beautiful life balance where training feels like something they get to do, not have to do.
