Next Steps After Winter Group Coaching

We've had an amazing winter of training together, and now we're ready to do something great with our fitness. Whether you need ideas for goal events or continued coaching along the way (or both), we have lots of great options for you!

Training Options

Private One-on-One Coaching: $289+ per month

Our one-on-one coaching is the ultimate experience! Our coaches start with a formal goal-setting process to ensure they understand what you want to achieve. Once your goals are established, an in-depth analysis of your training history and results produces a start-up plan where your coach can communicate some strengths and limiters and a big-picture program to get you to your goal. Once we establish your goals, analyze your training history, and present the start-up plan, your coach will build your unique and individual training program and begin one-on-one coaching. Read more about our coaching here.

Here are the highlights of working with a BaseCamp coach:

Training Options

Nutrition Options

Nutrition Assessment on Demand: $79

Coach Namrita has developed this nutrition assessment to provide on-demand recommendations for meeting your nutrition-related goals. Here's what it includes:

  • Your daily estimated energy needs (calories per day) for different types of training days, calculated using an average of evidence-based predictive equations

  • Your evidence-based daily macronutrient needs for each type of training day (and rest days) to optimize health, training, and performance

  • Your energy availability (EA) estimates for each type of training day (and rest days) and related education on the importance of EA

  • Actionable tips to optimize your daily diet

  • Visual guides on building meals to support different training days

  • Suggestions for including more protein in your diet

  • Recommendations for timing nutrition intake to support training, recovery, satiety, and body composition goals, given for each type of training day (light to moderate to heavy)

  • Carbohydrate recommendations for fueling before, during, and after exercise

  • Education and suggestions around plant-based foods for improving nutrient intake

  • Hydration recommendations based on your sweat rate (this requires completing a one-hour sweat test)
     

How it works:

  • Once you purchase, we'll send you a link to an online form to fill out.

  • Once you submit the form, you'll receive an email with your personalized recommendations
     

For the most complete and accurate results, you'll need a recent body composition measurement (such as a DEXA scan, skinfold measurement, bod pod, or results from a bioelectrical impedance step-on scale). If you don’t have this, you can still complete the assessment without it and later redo the analysis with body composition at no extra charge. 

 

If you need further guidance after reviewing your results, Namrita is available for 30- to 60-minute consultations. 

Strength Options

Strength Assessment & 12-Week Custom Strength Plan: $225

The stronger your form is off the bike, the stronger you will feel on the bike! Level up your cycling performance with an in-depth movement assessment and a 12-week personalized strength and conditioning plan from BaseCamp cycling and strength coach Lori Thomson or Menachem Brodie.​​
 

The coach will start with a movement analysis and then build your plan around your personal history and current off-the-bike movement patterns. The plan will focus on strengthening your weaknesses, building strength for on-the-bike repetitive movement patterns, and limiting injuries for the cycling season. Each assessment and 12-week plan package typically costs $279, but all BaseCamp athletes get a discounted price of $225. You can purchase additional packages at the end of your current plan to continue with year-round strength.

​Whether you are a beginner at strength training or have lifted for years, your plan will be built specifically for you to improve your in-season structural integrity. These plans are great for all cyclists, including triathletes, road cyclists, mountain bikers, Zwifters, and gravel riders. Click the button below to get started, or click here for more information

virtual Bike Fit

Get a professional bike fit in the comfort of your own home! This 45-minute one-on-one professional analysis and advice from BaseCamp bike fitters Brian Hammond and Lorri Lown is designed to give you more power, more comfort, and more fun on your bike. After you purchase, we'll email you instructions and a link to schedule your session. The price is normally $149, but all BaseCamp athletes get a 20% discount (no coupon needed).

Once you purchase, we will email you a link to schedule your virtual bike fit session. If you've done a MyVeloFit fit with your free trial, we'll ask for several of your MyVeloFit recordings so we can review them in advance to become familiar with your setup and information. Instructions are below for setting up your bike and camera for the session.

 

Here's how it works:

  • Purchase your virtual fit consult by clicking "Start Now" above.

  • We'll email you a link to schedule your consultation and share your MyVeloFit recordings (if you've done a MyVeloFit fit).

  • When it's time for the session, set up your bike on the trainer and camera with the instructions below.

  • Your fit coach will meet with you for about 45 minutes.

  • After the session, your fit coach will email you a summary report within 24-48 hours.

Feel free to use any road, triathlon, gravel, mountain, or connected bike such as a Zwift Ride, Kickr, Stages, etc.

Sign up for 2026 winter group coaching

We'd love to train with you again next winter! Registration is open with several options:

  • To get the lowest rate of the season, pay in full by March 31, 2025, and use the coupon code ALUMNI50 to bring the cost to $499. This price will not be offered again after March 31, so we highly recommend joining now!

  • We sell out every year, so if you're not ready to sign up in full, we recommend reserving your spot with a $25 deposit. The cost for the 2026 program is $599, but if you reserve by March 31, you'll lock in a discounted price of $549. We'll hold your spot through November 12, and your deposit is refundable through September 1.

  • If you are working one-on-one with a BaseCamp coach, you get winter group coaching free! Please email Debi to save your spot at no cost.
