BaseCamp's community approach to training and coaching engages our members in a blend of learning, motivation, and unique training challenges to make training fun and motivating. Whether you ride indoors or outdoors, and whether your bike is made for road, gravel, or mountain, why train alone when you can train where you belong?
We offer group coaching, one-on-one coaching, live cycling camps, nutrition coaching and tools, and pre-made training plans. We've got something for every training goal!

BaseCamp winter group coaching
BaseCamp winter group coaching is a 16-week virtual base training program customized to you based on your cycling discipline, availability, and goals. You'll receive on-the-bike workouts that will build your base fitness, along with extensive nutrition guidance, strength training, mental performance coaching, and tons of exclusive education. Level up with one-on-one coaching
Our one-on-one coaching is the ultimate experience! Our coaches start with a formal goal-setting process to ensure they understand what you want to achieve. Once your goals are established, an in-depth analysis of your training history and results produce a start-up plan where your coach can communicate some strengths and limiters and a big-picture program to get you to your goal. Once we establish your goals, analyze your training history, and present the start-up plan, your coach will build your unique and individual training program and begin one-on-one coaching.

If you aren't able to jump into BaseCamp but still want expert workouts backed by science, BaseCamp head coach Tim Cusick's training plans can give you workouts, guidance, and training tips that will lead you to a successful season, event, or race. Choose from over 125 different training plans for cyclists of all levels and abilities, including event-specific plans, polarized and pyramidal build plans, stage plans, and ultra race plans. Ride with us in person
Join the BaseCamp coaching team for one of our spectacular training camps located in some of the best riding locations you can dream of! You'll receive world-class on-the-road coaching with an extremely low coach-to-rider ratio, and you'll have the opportunity to attend optional educational programs to improve your cycling skills, training, and nutrition knowledge. Spend eight days with us on the sunny island of Mallorca, Spain, a week riding through wine country in Solvang, California, or a long weekend on the quiet gravel roads of the Michaux State Forest in Pennsylvania.
