BaseCamp coached athlete Mike Adsit shared his experience at the 2024 Michigan Senior Olympics.
Good solid results at the Michigan Senior Games. Silver medal in 5K & 10k Time Trials. 75-79 age class. Gold winner is a great time trial racer, Doug McClellan, a rocket ship rider and Michigan record holder. Coach Jim and I were comparing results from the same venue in 2023. I knocked 40 seconds off my time in the 5K TT. Huge! Especially being a year older. Strong credit to the awesome BaseCamp training program! Thank you, Coach Jim Pomeroy, and the BaseCamp community of support. You all motivate and inspire me daily!
