Additional palmarès to the 2024 Team BaseCamp collection. Three podiums (two Gold and a Bronze) at the Wisconsin Masters Games 75-80 men's division. Both time trials at or above VO2max. Had a mechanical with wheel hub with the last time trial, rolled the chain off twice. Grrrr.
Last target race event this Saturday at the Michigan State Championship Time Trial championships. 20k event.
A lot of progress this year, with much due to the BaseCamp training program and Coach Jim Pomeroy. And to the awesome support and encouragement of my BaseCamp teammates and other BaseCamp coaches/leaders. Especially the dedicated genius of Coach Tim Cusick. Thank you! Totally grateful!
As I blurted out at BaseCamp Solvang Camp 2024, and to the universe, my 2025 goal is a top-10 at the National Senior Games Time Trials. So more work, add more power, build more strength, better nutrition. I'm all in. Thank you all!
