Set your meal schedules

It's simple to edit the timing and quantity of your meal and snack schedules each day of the week for your Hexis personalized nutrition plan. Do you eat at different times on certain days? Do you always eat a snack before bedtime? Customize your meal patterns in the app following these steps.


  1. Tap the Profile icon at the bottom right corner of the Hexis app.

  2. Scroll down to and tap into "Meal pattern."

  3. Edit each day of the week as you wish; you can change the name and time of each meal for each day of the week.

  4. Add meals or snacks by tapping "Add Main" or "Add Snack" at the bottom of the Edit Meal Pattern window. Your daily nutrition targets and plans will adjust automatically to any new meals or snacks added.
