Intra-workout fueling
Hexis allows us to get very specific with fueling recommendations (carbohydrate, calories, protein, and fat) during our workouts; this is called "Intra Workout Fueling."
Turn on Intra Workout Fueling for a workout
You will need to turn on Intra Workout Fueling for each workout in which you want to use it. Here's how:
In the Hexis app, tap the carbs prescription for a workout to open the Fuelling Strategy for that workout.
Tap the "Add Intra Workout Fuelling" button.
Hexis will take you back to the main screen. To see the intra-workout fueling advice, tap the carbs prescription once more to open the Fuelling Strategy window.
Logging Intra Workout Fueling after a workout
Once you complete the workout, log your intake during the workout:
On the Hexis screen, tap the kcal icon for the workout to open the Intra Workout Fuelling Log.
Add any foods or drinks consumed during the workout. You can search by name, search by voice, or scan a label.
Once you've added all your foods, tap "Log Food" at the bottom to save the entry.
