Log strength workouts

TrainingPeaks new strength builder makes it simpler than ever to complete your strength workouts and turn them green! Here's quick tutorial from TrainingPeaks on how to get started. Please note that you will need the TrainingPeaks mobile app, which you can download here for Android devices and here for Apple devices.


Remember: To get "credit" for your workout in TrainingPeaks, you must tap "Start Workout" when you begin and "End Workout" when you finish.



Start your Training Session

To begin a training session, open the workout card in the mobile app and select "Start Workout." This will allow you to enter your completed data into the workout card.


Log your Results

As you work through the segments of your workout, review the text instructions and click on the video thumbnail for a demo. Check off each set or click into the table to add/edit your results using the keypad, then select "Done." The circles on the left will turn blue as each set is completed.


Finish your Workout

Once you have completed the exercise in the workout card, click "End Workout," enter Feeling and Exertion if desired, and tap "Done" to save the completed workout.
